To that end, we are adding a Junior Account Manager, Software to the Kelowna-based team under the direction of our VP, Mike Curliss. This is a chance to skip the cold calls and manage existing accounts, helping clients understand new features and creating opportunities to use our solutions. Responsibilities: <p><strong>How you will make an impact every day as our new Junior Account Manager:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborating, and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with teams in finance, customer success, sales, and legal to get up to speed on your accounts. You will learn how our solution works, the niche it fills, and the value it drives for our customers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Relationship building. You will be the single-point-of-contact, be-all, end-all, voice of Two Hat for the client. You will enhance and maintain customer satisfaction through remote customer meetings and issue resolution. You will represent the client to the internal teams.</li> <li>Maximizing customer success. You will introduce new solutions to your customers, make presentations via Zoon, and leverage your relationships with key account holders to upsell new platform features.</li> </ul>

You have 2+ years in account management at a software or professional services company, successfully managing clients, increasing engagement, and negotiating contracts. Your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding. You confidently create and deliver engaging presentations. You have the natural ability to put clients at ease and gain their trust quickly. You listen attentively to customer needs and provide them with the resources and support they require. You are comfortable diving into sophisticated software to gain hands-on understanding. You have an aptitude for explaining the business value of complex solutions.
