Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment (filters, belts, grease, etc..)</li> <li>Be hands on working with each PM crew daily to build relationships, trust and teach all aspects of preforming preventative maintenance tasks and the are of providing the supreme customer service with the highest integrity.</li> <li>Complete all PM work orders according to the Master PM Schedule.</li> <li>Communicate any discrepancies or issues with equipment to the site superintendent.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <br /> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> <br />Experience:<br /> <ul> <li>Capability to pass drug, and legal background checks required.</li> <li>Minimum experience of 3+ years with Mechanical Service Industry experience preferred.</li> <li>Efficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and can learn new software programs.</li> <li>Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external personnel.</li> <li>Demonstrates strong knowledge of mechanical systems and can learn additional building systems as required.</li> <li>Must understand and comply with all safety and OSHA requirements</li> </ul> <br />Knowledge, skills, and abilities:<br /> <ul> <li>Strong communication and negotiation skills.</li> <li>Strong sense of urgency.</li> <li>Knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook.</li> <li>Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Building Management System (BMS).</li> <li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing priorities.</li> <li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license in good standing.</li> </ul> <br />Physical and/or travel demands:<br /> <ul> <li>Position includes sitting and standing, use of telephone, keyboard, and computer monitor.</li> <li>Position requires using hand and power tools frequently.</li> </ul> <strong>Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
