Join us!</p> <p><strong>Senior Project Manager</strong></p> <p>The overall objective of the Senior Project Manager/Estimator (Service) is to foster existing customer relationships, secure additional maintenance work, and work closely with other team members to secure new maintenance contract agreements</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for putting together service project estimates and proposals for Mechanical, Plumbing and Sheet Metal opportunities for both existing and new customers.</li> <li>Possess the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, ranging from $500.00 up to approximately $1,000,000 in value.</li> <li>Assist in bundling and selling service agreement opportunities on all installation projects.</li> <li>Responsible for project set-up, kick-off, submittal review, procurement / buy-out, subcontracts and submittals, and project schedules.</li> <li>Monitor control and completion of projects through administrative direction of on-site service HVAC technicians, service plumbers, and additional supplemental workers to ensure quality projects are built safely, on schedule, and within budget.</li> <li>Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards within scope of company policies and standard operating procedures.</li> <li>Responsible for-profit management of assigned projects.</li> <li>Fosters effective relationships with project team, as well as clients, vendors, subcontractors, etc.</li> <li>Manages subcontractor proposal requests, scope reviews and the issuing of subcontracts.</li> <li>Responsible for establishing and monitoring schedule of field and subcontractor progress.</li> <li>Responsible for securing service maintenance contracts for completed projects in collaboration with Sales Manager of Service and other team members.</li> </ul>
