Join us!</p> <p><strong>Entry Level HVAC Service Technician</strong></p> <p>As an Entry Level HVAC Service Technician, you will <span class="modified">operate company vehicles to travel to our clients' sites and interact with clients as you inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install HVAC equipment and related components. HVAC Service Technicians are required to have the skill sets necessary to service a wide variety of clients in the Commercial Building, Facilities and Industrial HVAC markets as well as startup of new equipment</span>.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Build strong customer relationships. Build knowledge and understanding of new and existing customers&rsquo; needs and expectations.</li> <li>Work as liaison between engineers and owners&rsquo; representatives during commissioning efforts while protecting Company&rsquo;s interest.</li> <li>Provide preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by clients.</li> <li>Learn to troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment.</li> <li>Learn to repair refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, control systems, and humidity and temperature control systems.</li> <li>Provides startups and troubleshooting for a variety of commercial HVAC systems, meets with customers, evaluates their needs, and makes recommendations.</li> <li>Performs related word as assigned.</li> <li>Maintains vehicles by keeping records of service manuals, scheduling, and completing repairs.</li> <li>Documents work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files.</li> <li>Assist in the new construction installation of HVAC equipment and piping.</li> <li>Keeps current all manufacturer&rsquo;s products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.</li> <li>Provide excellent customer service.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willing to be registered through the local union.</li> <li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Knowledge, skills, and abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have a high regard for working safely.</li> <li>Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.</li> <li>Must be able to pass drug screen at any given time during employment.</li> <li>Must be able to work with powered construction tools safely.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Physical and/or travel demands:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have the necessary physical stamina; to include, but not limited to, long-term overhead HVAC&nbsp;work.</li> <li>Must be able to work for extended hours or workdays.</li> <li>Must be careful during work to avoid injury (get help lifting, steps and ladder safety, etc.).</li> </ul> <br /><br /><strong>Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
