Join us!<br /><br />PROJECT COORDINATOR<br /><br />As a Project Coordinator, you will deliver successful mechanical installation projects that make lives and communities better. Your oversight through all phases of construction will make partners want to work with you again and produce impressive financial results.<br /><br /> <p><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The range for this position has been established at $38,720&nbsp;to $54,692 and is US Engineering&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.</li> <li>Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off. An industry-leading benefits package including health, dental, and vision plans, and retirement.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Works under the general supervision of the Project Managers to whom this position directly reports.</li> <li>Assists in project permit, insurance, and bond procurement.</li> <li>Assists in project mobilization and demobilization.</li> <li>Sets up project documentation and provides project document control from beginning of project through its setup through the end of the project.&nbsp; Coordinates its distribution to both internal and external parties per company procedures.</li> <li>Maintains organized filing system for all project documentation, including ensuring that the operations portal (NEST) and Bluebeam Studios are kept current.</li> <li>Processes and track submittals from requesting from vendor, through internal approval, through external approval, and through release of the submittal.</li> <li>Processes and track purchases.</li> <li>Assist in processing and maintaining subcontracts.</li> <li>Sets up projects on project management software.</li> <li>Procures and processes Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Attic Stock, Commissioning Documentation, and As-Builts.</li> </ul>
