Overview: The Tradesman Maintenance Technician will be responsible for executing the HVAC and Plumbing maintenance, at large facility in South Kansas City. This position will, be a direct contributor to maintenance and repairs tasks at the facility as well.<br />
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00pm - 7:30am</li> <li>Monitor Daily Critical Alarm Activities to Identify and Resolve issues.</li> <li>Provide and Implement solutions.</li> <li>Diagnose issues and make repairs as necessary.</li> <li>Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and Work Orders as assigned.</li> <li>Technician must become knowledgeable of the equipment and system designs, sequence of operations and controls.</li> <li>Provide detailed Daily Activity Log at end of shift.</li> <li>Demonstrate Professional communications with Customer, Co-workers and Management</li> <li>Must be on the &ldquo;Rotating On Call&rdquo; schedule (Approximately 3 Weeks Per Year) to provide assistance outside of your normal working hours.</li> <li>Must demonstrate willingness to assist others as required.</li> <li>Address all Daily Tasks and Assignments with a sense of urgency.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous HVAC, Facility and/or Mechanical experience desired.</li> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>Must be an American Citizen.</li> <li>Must be able to obtain Security Q-clearance upon hire.</li> <li>Position includes sitting and standing, use of telephone, keyboard, and computer monitor.</li> <li>Position requires using hand and power tools frequently.</li> </ul> <br /> <p>Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
