Join us!<br /><br /><br />The Warehouse Operations Coordinator is responsible for general maintenance in office/facility, shipping/receiving deliveries of materials and supplies, scheduling fleet maintenance, forklift operations and data entry.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Receive materials &amp; supplies from Vendors, Fed Ex &amp; UPS.</li> <li>Verify orders, label and stage materials and supplies.</li> <li>Coordinate delivery of office materials &amp; supplies to office personnel daily.</li> <li>Coordinate material &amp; supplies pickups at supply warehouses.</li> <li>Coordinate delivery to jobsite or return materials to warehouse.</li> <li>Provide scanned documentation of materials or supplies picked up to proper personnel.</li> <li>Organize and maintain cleanliness of warehouse.</li> <li>Coordinate &amp; deliver fleet vehicles to proper dealerships or auto repair shops for suggested maintenance or needed repair work.</li> <li>Interact with Enterprise Fleet Management team to resolve issues when needed.</li> <li>Assist with general office maintenance and repair.</li> <li>Responsible for driving forklift when needed to unload materials &amp; supplies.</li> <li>Perform monthly fire extinguisher verification for office &amp; warehouse<strong>.</strong></li> <li>Install GPS Modules in Company Fleet Trucks.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Provide Warehouse support for US Engineering office and field personnel.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Manage Warehouse Facility and Dock Area.</li> <li>Receive Materials &amp; Supplies, Verify Orders, Label &amp; Stage Materials.</li> <li>Schedule Deliveries to project sites as requested.</li> <li>Coordinate Materials &amp; Supplies pickups from Vendor Supply Warehouses and Deliver to project sites or warehouse per request.</li> <li>Schedule Fleet Vehicles Services.</li> <li>General Office Maintenance &amp; Repair.</li> <li>Install GPS Modules in Company Fleet Trucks.</li> <li>Assist With the Safety Group.</li> </ul> <br />
Requirements: <ul> <li>Highschool Diploma or equivalency required.</li> <li>2-4 years related experience in warehouse management.</li> <li>Forklift Experience</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Knowledge, skills and abilities:</strong> <ul> <li>Basic Computer skills</li> <li>Self-Motivated</li> <li>Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills.</li> <li>Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in a fast-paced work environment that includes frequent interruptions.</li> <li>Team mindset &ndash; flexible to help where the team will benefit most and develop effective professional relationships.</li> </ul> Focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines &ndash; demonstrates sense of urgency as required.<br /><br /><strong>Physical and/or Travel demands:&nbsp;&nbsp;<br /></strong><br />Handling of normal stock will include lifting or carrying parts in excess of 60 lbs. Majority of lifting and carrying will involve parts between 5 and 60 lbs.<br />Inside/Outside Conditions, Varied Temperature Changes, Minimal Chemical Hazards, Vibration, Dust, Vehicle Noise.<br /><br /><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong> <ul> <li>The range for this position has been established at $23.00 to $28.80 per hour and is U.S. Engineering&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.</li> <li>Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck. Team members are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance as well as paid time off.
