Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Assist the Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and overseeing mechanical construction projects.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry codes, and project specifications.</li> <li>Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.</li> <li>Supervise field crews, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.</li> <li>Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.</li> <li>Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues related to mechanical construction.</li> <li>Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.</li> <li>Collaborate with clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.</li> <li>Enforce company policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Job Scope:&nbsp; </strong>This is a critical leadership role in supporting the Superintendent in overseeing mechanical construction projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry&nbsp;
Requirements: <strong>Education &amp; Experience:</strong> <ul> <li>Field experience in construction management, mechanical systems, or a related discipline preferred</li> <li>Minimum of 5 or more years&rsquo; experience working on mechanical construction projects</li> </ul> <strong>&nbsp;Knowledge, skills, and abilities</strong>: <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, drawings, and industry standards.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.</li> <li>Experience with project scheduling. Budgeting, and resource allocation.</li> <li>OSHA certification and familiarity with workplace safety requirements.</li> <li>Proficiency in construction management software.</li> <li>Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.</li> </ul> <br /><strong>Physical and/or travel demands:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong> <ul> <li>Exposure to varying weather conditions and construction environments.</li> <li>Travel to job sites.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong> <ul> <li>The range for this position has been established at $48.50 -&nbsp;$68.00 per year&nbsp;and is US Engineering&rsquo;s good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.</li> <li>Your total compensation will go beyond the number on your paycheck.
