Overview: USHAC is currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer for our Tampa, Florida location.<br /><br />As the HVAC Lead Installer you will; Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and Provide complete information to accurately document corrective action, labor hours, and materials used on work orders. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Respond to all client &ldquo;Dispatch" work order requests</li> <li>Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety</li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to increase longevity</li> <li>Conduct performance tests with specialized tools</li> <li>Repair damaged HVAC systems</li> <li>Troubleshoot current HVAC system issues</li> <li>Requisition parts and materials and maintain inventory</li> <li>Timely communication to supervisor of any other issues encountered during the performance of work</li> <li>Respond to customer calls and provide quality customer service</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Education Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li> <li>License Requirements:</li> <li>Active EPA license</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 2 years On-The-Job HVAC experience</li> <li>Some commercial refrigeration a plus</li> <li>Ability to project lead</li> <li>Ability to read blueprints</li> </ul>
