Responsibilities: Responsibilities Include:<br /> <ul> <li>2+ years in the plumber trade, working in commercial and residential environments</li> <li>Review building plans and specifications</li> <li>Identify required tools and special equipment</li> <li>Select the type and size of pipe required</li> <li>Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures</li> <li>Install supports and hangers for pipe, fixtures and equipment</li> <li>Assemble and install valves and fittings</li> <li>Install, repair and maintain underground storm sanitary and water piping systems</li> <li>Install, repair and maintain sinks, tubs and toilets</li> <li>Install, repair and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim</li> <li>Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks</li> <li>Clean up job site daily</li> <li>Perform all duties as assigned</li> </ul>
Requirements: Minimum requirements:<br /> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li> <li>Valid Driver License</li> <li>Ability to work Overtime and Weekends when required</li> <li>Be accountable for your time and assigned tasks</li> <li>Good communication skills</li> <li>Able to lift up to 50 lbs</li> <li>Pass Background Check</li> <li>Drug Free Workplace</li> </ul>
