Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develops and maintains business relationships by calling on provided leads as well as generate your own in an assigned territory. <strong>Smile and dial</strong></li> <li>Effectively communicate United Road&rsquo;s value-add to prospective and returning customers.</li> <li>Negotiate with shippers and carriers utilizing our commitment to under promise and over deliver.</li> <li>Ensure daily shipments run smoothly so customers are satisfied.</li> <li>Use effective and honest communication with customers&rsquo;. Requirements: <ul> <li>College degree preferred, but not required.</li> <li>Ability to multitask.
