Overview: <p>The Central Administration department plays a vital role in United Road&rsquo;s financial stability. The Payroll Operations Associate &nbsp;is accountable for driver and owner operator payroll functions. The Payroll Operations Associate &nbsp;will provide quality customer service to exemplify care and commitment to our professional car haulers, carrier partner base and customers.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Job Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide fast and courteous service to assigned professional car haulers in the areas of payroll, bonuses, and time off allocation</li> <li>Maintain payroll and status change records to document load information, logs and time-off to ensure proper payments</li> <li>Communicate with corporate payroll department to process driver payroll weekly, bi-weekly and monthly</li> <li>Communicate regularly with terminals to properly document driver time and attendance</li> <li>Organize and mail payroll checks</li> <li>Track and manage driver expenses and monthly advances</li> <li>Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.</li> </ul>
