Overview: <p>V Elizabeth TAS is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team of inclusive professionals. This is a virtual position that allows a 4-day work week (off on Mondays or Fridays).</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>The ideal candidate will be willing to work remotely from a home-based office setting providing full-cycle recruitment for various clients within the Human Resource function.</li> <li>You will have tremendous communication and interpersonal skills.&nbsp;</li> <li>You will partner with a sourcing specialist throughout the end to end recruitment process to ensure the highest quality client satisfaction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Proactively source executive candidates for the HR function within a variety of industries, ensuring the highest confidentiality.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Education: BA/BS, Business, Communication, Human Resources</li> <li>3-5 years experience in full cycle, confidential executive recruitment &ndash; agency and/or corporate environments</li> <li>2+ years of recruitment process outsourcing</li> <li>Excellent communication; oral and written</li> <li>Willing and able to work inclusively with a team and can be accountable to work independently when necessary</li> <li>Previous experience with hiring manager consultation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
