Overview: <p><strong>Vaco Technology </strong>is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who possesses Leadership qualities! This person will be a proactive networker, excellent relationship builder with a passion for sales!</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>You will establish and execute a strategic plan and roadmap that aligns with growth objectives for the Technology Division.</li> <li>Lead the charge in new account development along with account expansion.</li> <li>Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.</li> <li>Markets services to fulfill needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within Information Technology.</li> <li>Consults hiring managers in the selection process</li> <li>Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.</li> <li>Collaborates with team to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business</li> <li>Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/recruiting.</li> <li>You have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams.</li> <li>You have a stellar work ethic &amp; unparalleled sense of commitment.</li> <li>You have a knack for solving problems in ways nobody thought of.</li> <li>You are admired by those around you.
