You will have ownership of the overall lending technology program for key strategic accounts, driving account success as you work closely with clients. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do</strong></p> <p>As part of the business engagement team, you will ensure your accounts' operational success and overall satisfaction with Valeyo's technology products through service delivery, account planning and execution, product consultation and account planning, and support services management. You will:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Nurture internal and external relationships.</strong>&nbsp;You will establish a long term and sustainable relationship with Valeyo's strategic technology accounts. You will collaborate with the Valeyo Account Executive and Enterprise Sales team from pre-sales activities and implementation to ongoing account management and issues support and resolution; ensuring the best customer experience possible and identifying opportunities for adoption of additional technologies, products, and services.</li> <li><strong>Analyze and advise.&nbsp;</strong>You will drive the understanding of Valeyo's technology strategies and technology product suite with accounts to ensure operational success and overall satisfaction. You will discover, establish and document account strategies, needs, projects and initiatives with respect to their lending technology.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Communicate.</strong>&nbsp;You will organize regular strategic touchpoints; business and contract status review meetings with assigned accounts. You will interface with partners and the industry attending remote and in-person meetings and networking events, with approximately 25% travel time.</li> <li><strong>Track and measure.</strong>&nbsp;You will create and maintain an account plan per customer account and an account profile including, but not limited to, key account contacts, technology stack overview, performance metrics and revenue tracking to target.</li> <li><strong>Solve.&nbsp;</strong>You will manage, escalate and drive satisfactory resolution of customers' technical support, service and technology product issues. You will interface on-site and remotely with customers in the management of technical problems as well as collaborating in planning, implementation, knowledge transfer and the day-to-day operation of new/upgraded Valeyo technologies.</li> <li><strong>Learn and share.</strong>&nbsp;You will maintain and expand working knowledge of Valeyo's current lending technology products and roadmap and their integration and methods of support delivery. You will take the lead in sharing best practices with team members to contribute to enhancing the quality and efficiency of Valeyo's customer support and account management practices.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Research and strategize.&nbsp;</strong>You will partner with the Valeyo Account Executive team to analyze market and industry trends. You will analyze competitive factors within your accounts, uncover patterns and themes, share insights, and develop data driven frameworks and approaches that lead to improved decision making for their respective accounts.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>What you bring</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The education and experience.</strong>&nbsp;You have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience combined with post-secondary education. You have 3+ years in a client-facing consulting or account management role in technology.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>The consulting knowledge.&nbsp;</strong>You can navigate a highly matrixed organization, developing strategic messaging based on business understanding and insights into client needs.
