Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to our SVP, Product and Strategy, we are looking for an experienced, Digital Marketing Manager to oversee all aspects of the marketing engine. From creating campaigns that drive demand and help exceed sales targets to developing content that supports every stage of the buyer and end-user journey, you will be both strategic and hands-on.

From creating campaigns that drive demand and help exceed sales targets to developing content that supports every stage of the buyer and end-user journey, you will be both strategic and hands-on. You will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, lead generation/nurturing; marketing automation models, create sales support documents, manage messaging, increase impact across digital channels, work closely with third-party providers, and measure marketing initiatives'&nbsp;success to influence future campaigns.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>Strategy. </em>You will design, develop, and roll out a digital strategy to increase inbound lead volume, leverage digital channels to drive leads, and increase conversions. You will design and implement an SEO strategy, including keyword research and backlink planning.</li> <li><em>Metrics. </em>You will identify trends, surface insights, and scale best practices to refine and maximize the impact of our go-to-market strategies. You will measure the health and performance of the marketing programs, sharing relevant data with team members, executives, and stakeholders regularly. You will: <ul> <li>Establish KPIs, set up, monitor, test, and optimize all paid advertising campaigns.&nbsp;</li> <li>Report on and analyze all digital metrics (conversion rates, organic traffic, MQLs, etc.).</li> <li>Collaborate with internal analytics peers to define measurement best practices, ROI, KPIs, and benchmarking, developing regular reporting and analysis of channels and campaigns to ensure continuous optimization and accountability.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Content marketing.</em> You will own and execute the digital marketing content strategy, ensuring it supports every part of the funnel. You will: <ul> <li>Generate awareness through SEO-inspired content.</li> <li>Work with the Strategy and Sales teams to generate content and materials to support, nurture and complete the sales journey, targeting specific accounts where appropriate.</li> <li>Manage email marketing, including nurture sequences, product emails, list segmentation, and reporting and tracking of all email campaigns.&nbsp;</li> <li>Oversee and edit the work of third-party content creators.</li> </ul> </li> <li><em>Operations. </em>You will research and secure a new marketing automation platform. You will own and manage systems used for marketing campaigns and measurement, including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, etc.</li> <li><em>Sales enablement. </em>You will work closely with the Venngo sales teams to improve conversion rates and lead handling processes, educating the sales team on lead sources and campaigns to ensure outreach messaging alignment. You will provide awareness and alignment of target accounts, creating highly customized campaigns.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Here's what you bring:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><em>The education and experience. </em>A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. You have proven growth and success in B2B digital marketing and communications, including building a successful brand, designing and rolling out effective sales awareness and lead generation campaigns, managing social media and email campaigns, and overseeing targeted content.&nbsp;</li> <li><em>The communication skills. </em>You have outstanding verbal, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You know how to work with any level of internal and external client. You have expertise in B2B communications, including content marketing, copywriting, and editing.</li> <li><em>The technical skills.</em> You have expertise in digital marketing data intelligence and can interpret data to identify trends, develop insights, and inform strategies and decision-making to drive business metrics. You have hands-on experience with the Adobe Suite, MS Office, and ideally Salesforce and HubSpot.
