Someone who is 100% client focused and can deliver whatever the client needs from an individual issue resolution to swag support for a charity golf tournament we need a Bilingual Customer Success Manager ready to jump in and do it. You have customer service experience and a passion for engaging people in conversation and with technology. You have strengths in making presentations, coordinating events and drafting communications. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our Bilingual Customer Success Manager will do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Grow our client engagement. You will travel to client sites and make presentations, hold lunch and learns, conduct webinars, coordinate on site launch events to increase awareness of the Employee Perks program available.</li> <li>Renew annual contracts. You will reinforce the Venngo value proposition, secure and retain renewal contracts and identify and execute cross sales and upsell opportunities.</li> <li>Manage accounts. You will negotiate and implement Customer Success Plans and manage the customer life cycle on an annualized basis. You will troubleshoot employee discount and perks issues.</li> </ul>
