Responsibilities: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience, drive and energy.</strong> You might have a diploma or degree in Business, Communications or Marketing. You definitely have an understanding of how to sell. Whether that&rsquo;s from part time jobs, internships or clearing your neighbours&rsquo; snow for a fee, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and focus to follow up on every opportunity. Bonus points for experience selling into HR departments whether that&rsquo;s payroll, management or rewards and recognition programs.</li> <li><strong>Communication and translation.</strong> You will be reaching out to potential clients at the decision-making level across the country. Your written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to listen and reflect back - need to be impressive. You are comfortable using MS Office and making live web presentations.</li> <li><strong>Relationship building, maintenance and management.</strong> You can put clients at ease and gain the trust of internal and external team members. You value everyone you work with.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration, motivation and initiative. </strong>You love the idea of coming into the office and tackling a hit list. You are happy to dig down and research large company and enterprise prospects for regions the outside team will be visiting. If there&rsquo;s a call that needs to be placed, a presentation that needs to be created or a dozen emails that need to be composed and sent, you are already a step ahead.</li> </ul>
