It&rsquo;s creating new policies and putting your name on it.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You have 5 or more years working in operations and partnering with sales. You have sound business acumen, outstanding attention to detail and strong relationship building skills. You are seeking an opportunity to join a rapidly growing company as a Contract Specialist. You want to introduce best practices and open our eyes to a new perspective.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our Contract Specialist will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and implement. You will capitalize on your experience and your detail-oriented personality to create, rollout and maintain an end-to-end contract management process.</li> <li>Provide day to day operational support. You will work across all teams to ensure the new process is followed accurately. You will review, negotiate, amend, execute, analyze and prepare all new and renewing customer and vendor contracts.</li> <li>Planning. You will map out a clear path on how to stay organized on the way to building a contract management system and how to maintain it upon completion.</li> <li>Requirements. You will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to facilitate requirements for contract renewals, amendments and negotiations. You will ensure timely preparation and dissemination of information to the teams regarding contract status.</li> <li>Track. You will build and maintain a contracts dashboard tracking system, providing status updates, authorizations and correspondence status to appropriate teams. You will ensure timely renewal of contracts in advance of termination dates.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>So, how do we know that&rsquo;s you? You have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The background. You&rsquo;ve honed your contract negotiation skills in business. You are comfortable working with the MS Office Suite of products.</li> <li>The experience. You have 5 years of experience managing licensing, NDAs, customer contracts and vendor agreements. Bonus points for experience with US customers.</li> <li>The drive. You can confidently own your tasks, projects and obligations. You are highly accountable and can independently follow through on your deliverables.</li> <li>The versatility. You can utilize your skill set and expertise, as part of the operations and finance team, to add value to other areas of the company.</li> <li>The communication skills. You have exceptional skills in writing and verbal communication.</li> <li>The passion for detail.
