Specifically, company-wide solutions to HR. Ideally, you have experience working with decision-makers in the public sector. Bonus points for direct knowledge of achievers, rewards and recognition programs.</li> <li><strong>Communication and translation</strong>. You will be reaching out to potential clients at the decision-making level across the country. Your written and verbal communication skills - including the ability to listen and reflect back - need to be impressive.</li> <li><strong>Relationship building, maintenance and management</strong>. You can put clients at ease and gain the trust of internal and external team members. You value everyone you work with.</li> <li><strong>Motivation, drive and passion</strong>.
