Requirements: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s what you bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Experience and knowledge.&nbsp;</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;">You have a couple of years experience and you know how to sell </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">company-wide solutions to HR. Ideally, you have experience working with decision-makers in the public sector. Bonus points for direct knowledge of achievers, rewards and recognition programs.</span></li> <li><strong>Communication and translation. </strong>Your written and verbal communication skills need to be impressive as you reach out to high-level decision makers.</li> <li><strong>Relationship building, maintenance and management.</strong> You can put clients at ease and gain the trust of internal and external team members. You value everyone you work with.</li> <li><strong>Motivation, drive and passion.</strong> You love the idea of coming into the office and tackling a hit list. There&rsquo;s always another angle to try, lead to follow, resource to investigate as far as you&rsquo;re concerned.
