Someone who can define their own parameters and go above and beyond every time to ensure customer and vendor satisfaction.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to bring together over 1500 vendor partners and more than 200 group clients at tailored events. From orientations and FAQ sessions to customized launch events and vendor fairs, our new Event Coordinator will create and execute a fiscally responsible and highly effective process for the end-to-end production of customer events.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You are an Event Coordinator with a couple of years experience planning and launching initiatives for groups of 50-200 people. You have a big personality and you don&rsquo;t hold back when it comes to sharing opinions. You are an idea generating machine and you know your way around an espresso machine too. You crave success and you want to be part of a harmonious team working towards the same end goal: helping hundreds of thousands of Canadians save money and achieve health and happiness. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What our Event Coordinator will focus on:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The process. You will design and rollout an event coordination process. You will: <ul> <li>Identify decision criteria and define a framework for scoping requirements and needs.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales and customer success to identify event opportunities and generate interest.</li> <li>Implement criteria for measuring success.</li> <li>Convert our ad hoc, reactive process to a structured, proactive one.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The end-to-end coordination of up to 200 events annually. You will manage all aspects of field event production. You will: <ul> <li>Liaise with our internal teams and external customers and partners to identify event opportunities, generate interest and ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Plan, design and manage all event elements within a given timeframe and budget.</li> <li>Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate with Venngo vendor partners to plan their participation in the events.</li> <li>Interface with Venngo Group Client contacts to Organize facilities and manage all event&rsquo;s details such as location, attendees, vendor participants, communications, Venngo staff, &nbsp;AV, promotional material etc.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The success. You will use social media channels and email campaigns to bring events together and promote a positive, inclusive experience.Be curious. You will pursue customer insights and actively contribute to our commitment to showcasing value to both our 1500 vendor partners and thousands of end-users across the country.</li> </ul>

You are an outstanding communicator able to speak with and work with anyone at any level. You are organized at a microscopic level and no detail goes unnoticed or missed.</li> <li>The collaborative focus. You are a team player who fits in as part of a cohesive cross-functional team.</li> <li>The willingness to travel. You are a bit of a control-freak and you are more than happy to jump in your car or on a plane to oversee an event.
