Responsibilities: <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define, execute and continuously optimize multichannel plans that create incremental value for your partner clients, and overseeing and guiding those of your team&rsquo;s clients.</li> <li>Actively follow the District Ventures + process for delivering marketing programs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Identify trends and implication on businesses; drawing on insights and analytics to create accurate forecasts.</li> <li>Be responsible for partner satisfaction metrics, client acquisition goals, and financial accountability across forecasting and profitability of the business.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage the partner relationship for all clients under your purview in a professional, ethical and disciplined manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with other teams to integrate District Ventures + offerings into a holistic approach based on the customers' needs.</li> <li>Lead and grow a team to execute and support the strategies you design.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>WHAT YOU BRING</strong><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>A history of success.</em></strong> You have 5+ years of marketing agency experience in integrated marketing and communications across the omnichannel customer experience, including several years in the CPG space scaling brands and creating new categories through retail and D2C marketing.</p> <p><strong><em>Vision.</em></strong> You see potential. You can simplify what appears to be incredibly complex and dive into the details of a business plan to gain a more extensive understanding of the client's marketing strategy. You know the difference between a KPI and a metric and are familiar with optimizing plans based on insights. You are a sharp thinker who can quickly come up with innovative solutions, but you take the time to truly understand the impact. You believe in pursuing the long-term goals, not the fast and easy ones.<strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <p><strong><em>Relationship skills. </em></strong>You know successful partnerships are built on listening. You take a consultative approach to build out relationships, and you express curiosity, empathy, and interest. You can put clients at ease, and you are highly responsive to their needs.
