Overview: Victaulic is currently looking for a&nbsp;Plant Finance Manager in&nbsp;Atlanta, GA.<br /><br />RELOCATION ASSISTANCE OFFERED FOR THIS OPENING
Responsibilities: <ol> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor all accounting related activity for the Atlanta Manufacturing facility; ensure integrity of data.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing, develop and prepare appropriate manufacturing operating metrics and analysis.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Play active role in facility system and process reviews and implementations.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze profitability of the facility&rsquo;s operations, including detailed product and job cost activities.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Prepare analysis used in various types of operational decision making, including capital purchases, make/buy, etc.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist in preparation of monthly financial analysis and periodic management summary reporting.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Assist with preparation of annual capital and operating budget.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage capital asset inventory and maintain appropriate records as required.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Manage business office, including certain administrative functions.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Oversee annual physical inventory, analyze discrepancies and record any financial adjustments.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Special projects as required &ndash; financial and operational.</li> </ol>
Requirements: <ol> <li style="font-weight: 400;">BA/BS degree in Accounting or Industrial Engineering.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing operation with exposure to costing.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to perform both high level and detailed financial planning and analysis.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Knowledgeable with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using manufacturing &amp; financial modules of an ERP system.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact with all levels of employees/management.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Detail oriented, timely and accurate.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Positive attitude, assertive, trustworthy.</li> </ol>
