Overview: <p>Playing a key role in the Department, you will&nbsp;assist with the development of the annual internal audit work plan, based on the risks prioritized in combination with resources.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: You will assist in developing work programs for testing of Model Audit Rule (MAR) key controls and executes testing. Independently executes audit test work timely and with high quality. Identifies control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement in the current operating environment. Works with management to develop corrective action with laws, regulations, plan or corporate policies.&nbsp;
Requirements: <p>We would like to speak to those who have 2-4 years of experience in auditing &amp; general accounting experience, preferably in a health care setting. CPA, and/or CIA preferred (or actively seeking professional certification). A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other relevant field required. General understanding of various back-office and financial reporting functions, including use of appropriate auditing techniques to confirm data integrity will be vital to this role.</p>
