Overview: Overseeing all resident care and services in the Assisted Living Program, this position requires superior communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and their families. You will be responsible for hiring, evaluating and discipline of staff members as well as coordinating and facilitating Home Health Aides In-service/Training programs.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: &nbsp;You will be responsible for the completion of the care plans, evaluating the resident's condition on a regular basis and documenting their condition. You will communicate with families, staff, and other responsible parties to ensure compliance and solve problems that may arise
Requirements: We would like to speak to those who have a valid NYS RN License along with 1+ years job related experience within an related environment with a management or supervision role. Seeking those who bring a bachelor's degree. Passionate attitude, excellent communication skills and problem solving will be vital to this position.
