Director of Health Plan Marketing

The Director of Health Plan Marketing directly manages marketing and communications activities that promote, enhance, and protect the Plan's brand reputation. Overseeing the development of VillageCareMAX's marketing and brand strategy, this position will contribute to the organizational strategic planning process.

Overview: As The Director of Health Plan Marketing, you will be responsible for VillageCareMAX's varied and integrated marketing products and services including print publications, web, social media, media and public relations and any paid advertising or marketing. You will work to e<span class="s15">nhance</span><span class="s15"> and implement a global brand strategy and integrated strategic communications plan to advance </span><span class="s15">VillageCareMAX's</span><span class="s15"> brand identity; broaden awareness of its programs and priorities; and increase the visibility of its impact across key stakeholder audiences.&nbsp;</span>
Responsibilities: <span class="s15">Work to c</span><span class="s15">reate brand and marketing strategy that will allow&nbsp;</span><span class="s15">VillageCareMAX's</span><span class="s15">&nbsp;leadership to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences and other key influencers.</span>&nbsp;<span class="s15">Identify challenges and emerging issues faced by the organization. Work with the leadership team and staff to recognize external communications opportunities and&nbsp;</span><span class="s15">solutions, and</span><span class="s15">&nbsp;define and execute appropriate strategies to support them.</span>
Requirements: <span class="s15">We would like to speak with those who bring a </span>Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, along with 5+ years of professional work and proven leadership in communications marketing, and branding, with the ability to demonstrate successful outcomes required. Demonstrates a clear understanding of CMS and DOH marketing/advertising regulations. Exceptional verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills. Stature, gravitas, and confidence to gain the credibility and respect of high-performing Board of Directors. Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing a comprehensive strategic communication, media relations, and marketing program to advance an organization's mission and goals. <strong>Must have healthcare experience.</strong>
