Overview: <p>This position focuses primarily on project management around HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, and HOS, along with several other projects that support the department's work. &nbsp;You will Identify and recommend potential clinical measurement and quality improvement activities and develops strategies to target gaps in care.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for providing year-round insight as to current performance, progress towards goals, improvement opportunities. You will maximize the use of information from multiple sources, including claims/encounters, pharmacy, utilization management, clinical indicators, industry benchmark, and/or survey/vendor data. As the&nbsp;Clinical Project Manager, you will ensure quality assurance is performed for generated reports including performance measurement rates.
Requirements: We would like to speak to those who bring a Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field, Public Health or Health Care. Registered Nurse (RN) or Master's degree in a related field is preferred. Prior experience with HEDIS, STARS, CAHPS, and HOS. Seeking those who bring 3+ years of experience developing performance measures, strong analytic skills and ability to use data to drive improvement activities. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders will be vital to this role. State QI experience preferred.
