VillageCareMAX is looking for a motivated individual to act as Vice President of Clinical Operations. This dynamic position directs the utilization management and care management operations for all Health Plan programs while providing clinical oversight and consultation to the Plan's Quality Management Program.  As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will coordinate with the VP of Clinical Risk; and ensure that Value Based Payment arrangements are appropriately administered.

Overview: As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, you will strategically design programs for clinical service delivery, quality improvement, and monitoring through cross-functional collaboration while providing oversight on several departmental functions. This is a personal and professional opportunity for the right individual to ensure that clinical services are provided in accordance with organizational policies while providing the highest quality of care for our members.
Responsibilities: You will provide oversight and management of the Case Management function and establish an annual revision of the Care Model and Care Management Plan. You will Oversee, plan and implement quality checks for clinical projects and overall implementations across the clinical teams to deliver high quality care. In this leadership role, you will ensure effective and ongoing training, provide evaluations, coaching and counseling to staff members.
Requirements: We would like to speak to those who bring a Bachelor's degree in Nursing along with a Master's degree in a related field such as healthcare or business. 10 + years of experience &nbsp;working in care management, nursing management, managed healthcare, clinical quality improvement and efficiency programs in a managed care setting. Must have a current RN license in the state of New York. A Care Management certification such as CCM a plus. Extensive knowledge of Department of Health, Medicare and Medicaid regulations and compliance guidelines will be vital to this role.
