Reporting to Sean Licata, VP of Marketing and Business Development, this is an opportunity to drive growth in Australia in a boundaryless territory and inform future product development. You want to work remotely yet be part of a collaborative team of Account Executives, Inside Sales Reps, Pre-Sales Engineers and Marketing Content Creators. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do as our new Senior Account Executive:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ask questions. Listen to answers. Thoughtfully share the benefits and savings our products offer. Your ability to think on your feet, strategize on the spot and allay concerns will be called into action every day.</li> <li>Create buzz. Follow leads. You will work closely with the Inside Sales and Marketing department&rsquo;s leads making warm and cold calls, sending emails and taking sales meetings.</li> <li>Build relationships. You will strengthen and develop client relationships as well as vendor partner relationships. You will become a trusted advisor. You will develop a deep understanding of the minutiae of the clients and be creative in meeting their needs.</li> <li>Generate revenue. As a Senior Account Executive, your number one priority is ultimately to build our company&rsquo;s growth through increased revenue. You will close deals.</li> <li>Manage accounts. You will own and drive business within existing accounts. You will manage 5-10 accounts, up to $1.5 million in sales annually.</li> <li>Be proactive. You will proactively identify and secure additional business opportunities with current and new accounts.</li> <li>Track. You will maintain and update customer accounts in Salesforce.</li> <li>Travel. You will spend up to 20% of your time attending on-site meetings and events throughout Europe.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Here&rsquo;s how we know that&rsquo;s you, you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The education. You have a university degree.</li> <li>The experience. You have built a career in enterprise sales with a minimum of 5 years in the ERP space. You have a proven track record of success selling B2B software solutions into large enterprises/Fortune 1000 companies. Experience in the Maintenance Industry is preferred.</li> <li>The knowledge. You are an expert in the end-to-end sales process and a master negotiator. From identifying opportunities to creating proposals; from negotiation to buy-in.</li> <li>The technical expertise. You are an expert CRM user, preferably Salesforce. You are a fast learner with technical inclinations.</li> <li>The sales expertise. You know how to close a sale and renew a customer. You know how to ask the right questions and provide the reassuring responses.</li> <li>The communication skills. It goes without saying that you are comfortable speaking to potential and existing customers on the phone or in person. But as an experienced Sales Executive, you know the key is also to listen. Your multilingual writing skills are equally outstanding and you have excellent formal and informal presentation skills. Moreover, you do it with flair.</li> <li>The autonomy. You can work with minimal oversight and play an active role as a knowledge contributor to the team.</li> <li>The flexibility.
