Our products make work better, faster and easier for our customers.</p> <p><strong>The opportunity</strong></p> <p>VIZIYA is rapidly expanding our presence in Europe and with a new, significant client in Finland, we have a newly created opportunity for an Implementation and Sales Consultant. This is a hybrid role for someone with strong technical and customer-facing skills to act as a primary resource, consultant and trainer during product implementations; to increase the scope of current and future engagements; to support the sales team with technical demonstrations and knowledge sharing during the pre-sales period. This role will include up to 25% travel through Europe.</p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <p>You have in-depth knowledge of enterprise maintenance companies in industries such as mining, chemical or gas. You may be a salesperson with deep knowledge of the ERP Asset Management world or you may be a technical ERP implementation consultant who thrives in a client-facing role. Either way, you have a couple of years&rsquo; experience working on-site with clients, leading project deliverables and building relationships. You enjoy the consultant life, but you want to move towards faster, shorter, more efficient projects that run 3-4 months in length. Responsibilities: <p><strong>What you will do as our new Implementation and Sales Consultant:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Be the implementation resource. Provide technical expertise and support to client teams. Provide input and insights from customer-facing experience to the product design and release-planning processes. Identify opportunities for additional services, such as custom development and follow-up training.</li> <li>Actively participate in sales. Create technical demonstrations, prototypes and documentation (manuals, presentations) to promote VIZIYA products during the pre-sales stage.</li> <li>Ask questions. Listen to answers. Thoughtfully share the benefits and savings our products offer. Your ability to think on your feet, strategize on the spot and allay concerns will be called into action every day.</li> <li>Build relationships. You will strengthen and develop client relationships as well as vendor partner relationships. You will become a trusted advisor. You will develop a deep understanding of the minutiae of the clients and be creative in meeting their needs.</li> <li>Be proactive. You will proactively identify and secure additional business opportunities within current and new accounts.</li> <li>Travel. You will spend up to 26% of your time attending on-site pre-sales meetings and events throughout Europe.</li> </ul>

You have hands-on ERP experience.</li> <li>The sales expertise. You know how to ask the right questions and provide the reassuring responses to close a sale, expand the scope or renew a customer.</li> <li>The charisma. You love people. You enjoy meeting new and potential customers. People view you as a trusted advisor and respect your proposed solutions and strategies.</li> <li>The soft skills. You can balance priorities, change focus, multitask and be rapidly responsive while applying a light but firm touch.</li> <li>The communication skills. You are comfortable speaking, writing and presenting in English and a second or even third language to potential and existing customers on the phone or in person.</li> <li>The autonomy. You can work with minimal oversight and play an active role as a knowledge contributor to the team.</li> <li>The flexibility.
