Reporting to the Director of Finance, we are looking for an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our growing team at in Hamilton. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing and payments, booking travel arrangements and organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities: <p><strong>As our new Office Manager/Bookkeeper. You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with accounts payable and receivable. You will drive the preparation, maintenance and accuracy of the books. You will: <ul> <li>Record and check all financial transactions that go through the office.</li> <li>Maintain accounts in multiple international currencies for local, European and Australian VIZIYA offices and clients.</li> <li>Ensure complete accuracy and transparency producing various financial reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.</li> <li>Prepare information for auditors.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Provide office and employee support. You will: <ul> <li>Own the overall appearance of the office: <ul> <li>Assist with layout and space for in-house staff.</li> <li>Sort and process incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail.</li> <li>Clean and restock the kitchen and coffee stations.</li> <li>Liaise with property management to maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Be in charge of all of the vendors, the supply inventory (printer ink, paper, pens and all manner of office supplies), the equipment maintenance and related invoices.</li> <li>Provide organization, data entry, filing and other administrative support to the HR department.</li> <li>Manage filing systems.</li> <li>Assist the Sales and Marketing team with packaging, shipping and other coordination tasks for trade shows.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>

You have a diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.</li> <li>The administrative experience. You have 2+ years as a coordinator, receptionist, executive assistant, or administrative assistant.</li> <li>The accounting knowledge. You have: <ul> <li>Hands-on bookkeeping skills including comfort with Accounting Principles, international deals and local restrictions.</li> <li>Expertise with MS Office suite, comfort with QuickBooks or NetSuite.</li> </ul> </li> <li>An organized approach. You are self-motivated and can balance priorities while rapidly responding to urgent matters. You have a high attention to detail and accuracy.
