Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package

Overview: <p>May perform some or all (but not limited to) of the following grounds maintenance&nbsp;functions following established schedules and using established recording mechanisms&nbsp;to meet program standards.</p> <ul> <li>Spring and fall yard clean up</li> <li>Weed gardens on an ongoing basis</li> <li>Plant flowers in designated areas.</li> <li>Water lawns and flower beds as needed</li> <li>Repair garden sprinkler heads.</li> <li>May oversee and/or assist with snow removal activities</li> </ul> <p>Assures program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following</p> <ul> <li>HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li> <li>Attendance.</li> <li>Must be able to work regularly scheduled working hours.</li> <li>Possible overtime.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Housekeeping</li> <li>Perform some or all (but not limited to) of the following cleaning functions following&nbsp;established schedules and using established recording mechanisms to meet program&nbsp;standards</li> <li>Restroom cleaning</li> <li>Cleaning all common areas (i.e. community room, hallways, etc.)</li> <li>Cleaning office areas&nbsp;</li> <li>Collaborate with maintenance on unit turns</li> <li>&nbsp;Wash windows and glass as needed</li> <li>Trash / Recycling / Equipment removal</li> <li>Dust/Damp mop floors.</li> <li>Vacuum/spot removal.</li> <li>Restock supplies (cleaning, linen, paper, etc.).</li> <li>Assist in emergency cleaning.</li> <li>Set-Up/Rearrange rooms as needed.</li> <li>Be knowledgeable about and properly use chemicals as prescribed by the&nbsp;program.</li> <li>Scheduling and completing major projects &ndash; floor waxing, carpet, furniture&nbsp;extracting, etc.</li> <li>Participate in the inspection of common areas for hazardous or unsafe&nbsp;conditions, physical damage, or any other form of deterioration and report&nbsp;conditions to the maintenance and supervisor</li> <li>Complete weekly inspections of building&nbsp;</li> <li>May assist and clean up with evening events as needed.</li> <li>Ensure that all security procedures (such as locking doors) as prescribed the&nbsp;program are followed.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High school education or GED</li> <li>Knowledge in janitorial and light maintenance functions</li> <li>1-year previous related experience</li> </ul> <div id="gtx-trans" style="position: absolute; left: -28px; top: -20px;">&nbsp;</div>
