Full-Time

Overview: Develop and update comprehensive individual treatment plans in coordination with other program personnel. Document case progress. Complete reports, letters, forms, and other documentation as necessary. Maintain regular communication and provide progress updates to parents/guardians, county workers, and other involved parties as needed.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provide and supervise individual and group counseling/treatment as necessary</li> <li>Lead treatment progress reviews in conjunction with other treatment staff</li> <li>Coordinate information flow regarding residents</li> <li>Coordinate among providers from whom the program participant/family receive services</li> <li>Arrange for the provision of service and referrals as necessary</li> <li>Maintain program participants case files in accordance with program and licensing standards</li> <li>Collaborate on overall operations assessment</li> <li>Recruit, lead, manage, train, supervise, recognize, and develop staff to achieve established objectives, provide quality services in a work environment reflecting teamwork and mutual respect</li> <li>Represent the agency in a professional manner in the community</li> <li>Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations</li> <li>Provide on-call coverage as determined by the facility leadership to meet the needs of the program/facility</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <br /> <p>Decision Making Authority/Self-Initiative:</p> <ul> <li>Supervisor decisions in the functioning and operations of the sub-department</li> <li>Authority to formulate, affect, interpret, or implement management policy/procedure</li> <li>Carries out major assignments in conducting the operation of the business</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Qualification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS or Masters in Social Worker</li> <li>Must have licensure LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT</li> <li>Mental Health Practitioner required</li> <li>4 years of experience working with emotionally disturbed children/adolescents in a residential/hospital setting</li> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older</li> <li>A current and valid Driver&rsquo;s license with minimal violations on record</li> <li>Ability to supervisor for licensure preferred</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; Reasoning Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Analysis</li> <li>Creative problem solving</li> <li>Negotiation/mediation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Walking</li> <li>Standing</li> <li>Stairs</li> <li>Sitting</li> <li>Running</li> <li>Pushing</li> <li>Pulling</li> </ul>
