Overview: Process initial, annual and interim recertifications for HUD and Housing Tax Credit Programs. Calculate rents for annual and interim recertifications. Assist Compliance Manager with questions and issues relating to tenant compliance.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Review and maintain resident files to ensure compliance with applicable government regulations.</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to deal with stressful and demanding situations.</li> <li>Assist in marketing of vacant units.</li> </ul>
