Part-Time

Overview: Prepare and serve evening meals as prescribed. Prepare bag breakfasts. Maintain a daily count of meals served. Maintain a sanitary and orderly kitchen and dining room.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Check appliance temperatures daily and record results.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clean appliances regularly (at least monthly).</li> <li>Clean shelves weekly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Sweep and mop kitchen and dining room floors daily.&nbsp;</li> <li>Sanitize the sanitizer daily.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clean kitchen, dishes, and utensils after each meal.&nbsp;</li> <li>Follow all sanitation and health requirements as mandated by health officials.&nbsp;</li> <li>Restock milk cooler as needed.&nbsp;</li> <li>Inventory food supplies every two weeks.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepare late meal plates.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain sanitary and orderly kitchen and dining room.&nbsp;</li> <li>Other duties may be assigned by Shift Manager or Program Manager&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Food Manager's License or ServSafe Food Handler's certification</li> </ul>
