Full-Time

Overview: <ul> <li>Maintain all buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, properties, etc. of the assigned property so the total physical environment is conducive to the goals of the program.</li> <li>Know, understand and implement department and agency policies, rules and procedures.</li> <li>Assist with property turnover and follow appropriate procedures.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Effectively communicate with other departments and program employees on matters related to work responsibilities.</li> <li>Participate in meetings with supervisor and other staff to address concerns/issues needing attention.</li> <li>Take responsibility for inventory control of maintenance supplies and utilization of maintenance equipment.</li> <li>Participate in orienting and informing new contractors of basic responsibilities and procedures, in collaboration with supervisor.</li> <li>Ensure continuing education in technical and building code advancement areas.</li> <li>Respond to calls to protect assets 24-hours a day as needed.</li> <li>Assures program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li> <li>Maintain regular and consistent attendance.</li> <li>Must be able to work regularly scheduled working hours.</li> </ul>
