Full-Time

Overview: <ul> <li>Maintain all buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, properties, etc. of the program so that the total physical environment is conducive to the goals of the program.</li> <li>Know, understand, and implement department and agency policies, rules and procedures.</li> <li>Effectively communicate with other departments and program employees on matters related to work responsibilities.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Be involved in meetings called by management to address concerns/issues needing attention.</li> <li>Continue education in the technical and building code advancement areas.</li> <li>Required to take a call to protect assets 24-hours a day.</li> <li>Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li> <li>Attendance.</li> <li>Must be able to work regularly scheduled working hours.</li> <li>Possible overtime.</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> Supervisory Responsibilities:<br /> <ul> <li>Works under close supervision.</li> </ul> Decision Making Authority/Self-Initiative:<br /> <ul> <li>Decisions are not those directly related to management or general business operations.</li> </ul> Professional relationships to be maintained:<br /> <ul> <li>Co-workers, program participants, vendors</li> </ul>
Requirements: Qualification Requirements:<br />Education/Experience:<br /> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED</li> <li>Experience in general maintenance to include, but not limited to, heating, air conditioning, electrical and plumbing and carpentry equipment.</li> </ul> Language/Communication Skills:<br /> <ul> <li>Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.</li> <li>Ability to work with a diverse population of individuals by using tact, diplomacy and flexibility.</li> </ul> Mathematical Skills:<br /> <ul> <li>Basic math skills are required for this position.</li> </ul> Reasoning Skills:<br />Other Skills/Requirements:<br /> <ul> <li>A valid drivers license and a good driving record.</li> <li>Able to respond to emergency maintenance as requested.</li> </ul>
