Full-Time

Overview: <ul> <li>Manage the waitlist, application/approval/denial process, admission and orientation of new residents</li> <li>Market the property in accordance with Fair Housing Regulations and Management Agreement. Provide tours to interested parties and maintain waiting list according to tenant selection. Marketing will also include monitoring and posting.</li> <li>Establish and maintain regular office hours on site.</li> <li>Supervise the property office ensuring that all bookkeeping, marketing, inspections, and lease preparations are performed as.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintain confidentiality of all resident information, and a professional relationship with residents, families, and other stakeholders.</li> <li>Ensure proper resident certification, re-certification and compliance with all HUD or appropriate regulatory agency requirements.</li> <li>Submit reports as required by the Management Agreement or mandated by the federal, state, or local government.</li> <li>Maintain electronic or scanned copies of documents and files for all business and financial records and save in commonly accessible location as identified.</li> <li>Inspect property to ensure building and grounds are properly maintained and take or suggest any actions needed for repair.</li> <li>Respond to all resident requests and complaints and seek appropriate resolution.</li> <li>Assesses and resolve problems that may affect the health, safety, or ability of individual residents to live</li> <li>Respond to emergencies as needed.</li> <li>Assure program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li> <li>Recruit, lead, manage, train, supervise, recognize, and develop staff to achieve established objectives; provide quality services in a work environment reflecting teamwork and mutual</li> <li>Conduct or supervise annual performance reviews of all staff, including assessment of past year accomplishments corresponding to objectives set in previous reviews, coming year objectives corresponding to current program goals, and professional development objectives.</li> <li>Meet affirmative action goals established by the organization while maintaining a work environment which respects and supports cultural competence and proficiency.</li> <li>Maintain regular and consistent attendance.</li> <li>HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.</li> <li>3 years: LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance</li> </ul>
