Overview: <ul> <li>Main Office/Front Desk <ul> <li>Answer incoming telephone calls and redirect to appropriate individual(s).</li> <li>Greet guests and direct to appropriate individual(s).</li> <li>Receive and properly distribute fax correspondences.</li> <li>Assist with records requests as needed by administrative team.</li> <li>Sign for incoming packages and distribute to appropriate individual(s) on campus.</li> <li>Maintain and distribute campus telephone directory.</li> <li>Manage office equipment including operation, inventory, and ordering/receiving/distributing of supplies.</li> <li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including use of accurate postage and daily distribution of mail to individuals across the campus.</li> <li>Run errands for program as needed (mileage reimbursement available)</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li style="list-style-type: none;"> <ul> <li>Administrative&nbsp; <ul> <li>Assist with administrative duties as assigned by supervisor.</li> <li>Prepare data reports and other listings as needed for program.</li> <li>Assist in the management of indeed and UKG job postings, and the initial review and screening of applicants, as well as scheduling interviews in collaboration with supervisory staff.</li> <li>Maintain program participant and staff data in established systems as required by program.</li> <li>Order office supplies and other office needs as assigned by program.</li> <li>Track and manage petty cash funds.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Direct Care Support <ul> <li>Complete training requirements for resident supervision, de-escalation strategies and physical holds.</li> <li>Provide support with de-escalation and/or physical holds of residents if/when needed in crisis situations.</li> <li>Provide support and/or assistance to unit staff if/when needed.</li> <li>Option of picking up shifts on unit.&nbsp;</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Attendance; follow attendance policy <ul> <li>Must be able to work regularly scheduled working hours; expected 40 hours per week.</li> <li>Overtime may be available when authorized by supervisor</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> </li> </ul>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Education/Experience: High school graduate or GED. Prior experience helpful but not required.</li> <li>Language/Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
