VOA&rsquo;s vision and impact are to close the gap between people and possibility with services that span housing, behavioral health, education, food, treatment, and support for older adults.</p> <p><strong>General Description:</strong></p> <p>Reporting directly to the President and CEO of Volunteers of America MN/WI the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources works at a strategic level ensuring human resource practices align with the vision and the goals of the agency.</p> <p>The Senior Vice President of Human Resources works collaboratively with the other members of the agency&rsquo;s executive leadership, may support a Board Committee, and attends full Board of Directors meetings.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>The successful candidate will direct a talented team managing all VOA human resource functions, including:</p> <ul> <li>Employee Relations</li> <li>Talent Management</li> <li>Diversity Equity Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)</li> <li>Human Resources Information System (HRIS)</li> <li>Compensation</li> <li>Benefits, etc.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <p>Qualified applicants should possess extensive executive-level human resources experience in the non-profit sector which includes a minimum of ten years of progressive responsibility and leadership in human resources working at a strategic level.</p> <p>The ideal candidate must be a relationship builder who works with and relates comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of the agency from front line employees to Board members.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Volunteers of America Minnesota and Wisconsin</strong>&nbsp;strives to be an authentically inclusive organization where we celebrate and appreciate each other.
