Overview: We are located near public transportation!&nbsp;<br /><br />Starting Wage: $17 p/hour. Wage increases every six months, with a positive performance.<br /><br />We seek advocates for teens suffering from the challenges of chemical dependency and psychiatric needs for this key role at our Omegon facility at Volunteers of America. The facility is located in the West Metro Area (near highways 394 and 169) and houses adolescents ages 12 to 17 in a trauma-informed setting.&nbsp;<br /><br />As a key member of an interdisciplinary team of professionals, you will bring your unique talents and abilities to provide direct services to the residents.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: What You Will Do:<br /> <ul> <li>Implement appropriate treatment plans and goals that are suitable for the age and functionality of the individual&nbsp;</li> <li>Document a client's progress throughout their stay</li> <li>Guide residents and sets limits to manage behavior</li> <li>Apply crisis intervention techniques when needed</li> <li>Provide stability and serve as a role model and adviser&nbsp;to teens.</li> </ul> <br />This is an OVERNIGHT position.
