Overview: <ul> <li>Maintain all buildings, grounds, equipment, vehicles, properties, etc. of the program so that the&nbsp;total physical environment is conducive to the goals of the program.</li> <li>Know, understand and implement department and agency policies, rules and procedures.</li> <li>May assist with property turnover procedures.</li> <li>Effectively communicate with other departments and program employees on matters related to<br />work responsibilities.</li> <li>Be involved in meetings called by supervisor to address concerns/issues needing attention.</li> <li>Responsible for inventory control of maintenance supplies and utilization of maintenance&nbsp;equipment.</li> <li>In conjunction with the supervisor, orientates and inform new maintenance workers of basic<br />responsibilities and procedures.</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Provides instruction, training, and modeling to maintenance workers.</li> <li>Assist with maintenance workers' reviews when possible.</li> <li>Continue education in the technical and building code advancement areas.</li> <li>Required to take a call to protect assets 24-hours a day.</li> <li>Assures program participant privacy is maintained by being knowledgeable and following&nbsp;HIPAA privacy and security regulations.</li> <li>Attendance.</li> <li>On-call responsibilities</li> <li>Other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p>Supervisory Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Works under moderate supervision.</li> </ul>
