Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Plan and participate in all recreational and educational programming for residents</li> <li>Observe, report, and document information regarding resident behaviors and actions</li> <li>Support and contribute to effective communication among team members, program participants, families and other outside professionals</li> <li>Provide a healthy and appropriate model for residents to emulate</li> <li>Strong emotional intelligence and resiliency</li> <li>Compassion for individuals dealing with mental health concerns</li> </ul>
