Our Company is looking for long-term employees that we can invest in and grow with as we pursue our mission of being the premier commercial truck dealer group.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>General Job Description</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Inventory Control Coordinator will support the Parts Department by monitoring and supporting accurate flow of physical product to and from the warehouse. The day-to-day responsibilities will involve handling in-store and fleet sponsored warranty items and storage, reverse logistics of customer returns, accurate inventory records including daily cycle counts, and maintaining the storefront appearance, ensuring it remains stocked, clean and visually appealing.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitor and maintain in-store and fleet-sponsored warranty storage and returns.</li> <li>Keep warranty areas clean and organized, including maintaining scrap list and separating good cores from scrap.</li> <li>Efficiently return warranty parts that are requested.</li> <li>Keep warranty retention current by partnering with warranty administrators to analyze and resolve any challenges.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain reverse logistics of product, from pulling and tagging new part returns to ship back to vendors, to creating MSR in the dealer business system to remove from stock.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure accurate and timely customer returns to both physical and inventory system locations.</li> <li>Maintain core inventory by ensuring timely return of cores to vendors, creating VRTN on core returns, and routinely auditing and verifying core inventory is accurate and all cores are accounted for.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain organization and cleanliness of store front appearance, ensuring current products are stocked appropriately, displays are organized, and monthly promotions/flyers are visual and readily available for customers.&nbsp;</li> <li>Support inventory control measures by conducting daily cycle counts.&nbsp;</li> <li>Analyze and resolve issues with negative on-hand parts, no-bin parts, and no cost parts, keeping multi-bin locations clean and current.&nbsp;</li> <li>Performs other related duties as directed.&nbsp;</li> </ul>
