Overview: Ensure driver and vehicle information is in accordance with established guidelines. Responsibilities include client activity analysis, executing transactions, research on status and preparation of status updates, responding to inquiries, initiating new vehicle/driver setups and preparing reports for internal and external use.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Conduct research, collect data, update status events, and prepare appropriate reporting based upon specific client parameters</li> <li>Update data as requested ensuring that data stays in compliance to established guidelines</li> <li>Assist Account Teams with analysis of client data activity to identify new opportunities for clients</li> <li>Ensure customers meet data-policy requirements and address data-compliance concerns</li> <li>Respond to clients, dealers, drivers, internal customers and vendor phone/fax/email inquiries within established service level standards</li> <li>Collaborate to develop defect resolution plans for identified data-compliance issues</li> <li>Provide practical advice by balancing needs with data-management risks</li> <li>Utilize expertise of Wheels products and applications to review, research, process, and update Client data requirements for drivers&nbsp;</li> <li>Participate and support department technology initiatives, including documentation of business requirements, testing and training processes</li> <li>Identify and escalate problems or issues on a timely basis to Client Services Management and other associates as appropriate</li> <li>Support data initiatives in development, scope, objectives and specific tasks for projects</li> <li>Support Account Teams and other departments to meet common objectives</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Other duties as assigned by Manager</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>The employee must be able to develop a working knowledge of the company&rsquo;s systems and procedures</li> <li>Computer skills required include a thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems, Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Salesforce and the ability to be successfully trained on other applications deemed necessary</li> <li>Ability to communicate problems encountered with information being processed, both verbally and in written format across all levels of the company</li> </ul>
