This role presents an opportunity to shape the future at a leading bakery company headquartered in Canada.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, strategic development, and tactical execution of all category and brand management initiatives. Your role includes being the primary expert on the brand, with a deep understanding of all facets of your business by retailer and geography. You will be the Brand Steward, upholding and advancing the brand strategy, guidelines, and integrity. Responsibilities: <ul> <li><strong>Brand &amp; Category Leadership (Gadoua &amp; other QC-based brands):&nbsp;</strong>be the &ldquo;go-to&rdquo; expert on the category for Quebec, developing strong partnerships across internal cross-functional stakeholders to influence the strategic direction of the Category and your Brand(s).</li> <li><strong>Develop Brand Growth Strategies</strong>: Develop long term &amp; short term strategies to grow your Brand(s) in a competitive Marketplace.</li> <li><strong>Track Market Performance &amp; Brand Equity</strong>: Strong understanding of Market data &amp; Brand Equity tracking to measure performance against business &amp; brand objectives; Collaboration with internal Integrated Marketing Team to execute &amp; measure campaign performance across relevant marketing media mix (Social, Digital, OOH, In-store, Retail Media, TV).</li> <li><strong>Innovation Pipeline</strong>: develop a robust innovation pipeline for your Brand(s), leveraging consumer insights, category &amp; competitive trends and identifying white space opportunities with an emphasis to win in Retail Channels.</li> <li><strong>Project management:</strong>&nbsp;Support the cross functional commercialization of product launches and renovations from concept ideation &amp; product development to customer sell in and best-in-class market execution.</li> <li><strong>Key liaison</strong>&nbsp;with Agency partners and internal cross functional team members including Retail Sales &amp; Field Sales teams.</li> </ul>
