Overview: <p>The Business Transformation Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the&nbsp;<strong>DSD CI (Direct to Store Delivery Continuous Improvement)&nbsp;</strong>team with project coordination and execution activities to ensure successful deliveries of key projects at Wonderbrands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support in leading, implementing and monitoring projects - developing and tracking project milestones, risk and mitigation measures and action plans. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Responsible for supporting project management activities for assigned projects such as (but not limited to): <ul> <li>Directo To Store Delivery (DSD) Network Optimization</li> <li>Supply Chain</li> <li>Manufacturing</li> <li>Engineering</li> <li>Technology (IT)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Support project planning with development of clear objectives, scope, project team, timelines and relevant templates (such as action and risk logs).</li> <li>Document project updates, prepare progress reports, update action and risk logs.</li> <li>Provide support for execution of project tasks (will vary depending on the type of project).</li> <li>Provide manager with regular updates of key upcoming milestones and risk callouts.</li> <li>Conduct various analyses and assessments for assigned projects and programs.</li> <li>Analyze data and project information to identify critical areas for improvement and corrective actions.</li> <li>Update project management tools and templates.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Post-secondary education in Business or a relevant field.</li> <li>1-2 years of relevant Project Management experience in CPG.</li> <li>Strong organization, problem solving and analytical skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.</li> <li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong Excel capabilities, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and PivotTables.</li> <li>Experienced in data manipulation and analysis, as well as creating visually compelling charts and graphs for reporting and presentations.</li> <li>Passion to thrive in a constantly changing environment with shifting priorities.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands<br /></u></strong><u><br /></u>Wonderbrands, is a leading Canadian bakery with 140 years of experience in baking packaged breads.
