Overview: <p>The Facilities Maintenance and Repair Coordinator is responsible for supporting the depot teams with building maintenance and repairs, as well as facility relocations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor project milestones, risks, and action plans. Travel (75% of allocated time) is required. Responsibilities: <div><strong>Maintenance &amp; Repair Support</strong></div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <ul> <li>Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests for assigned depots.</li> <li>Communicate with contractors and internal partners to schedule and complete work.</li> <li>Track open requests and ensure timely resolution.</li> <li>Conduct periodic site visits to identify maintenance needs.</li> <li>Assist in prioritizing repairs based on urgency and operational impact.</li> <li>Perform minor/basic repairs when required.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Preventive Maintenance</strong><br /><br /></div> <ul> <li>Support the coordination of preventive maintenance activities.</li> <li>Assist in identifying local vendors for routine maintenance services.</li> <li>Maintain records of completed preventive maintenance work.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Vendor &amp; Administrative Support</strong><br /><br /></div> <ul> <li>Assist with onboarding new suppliers in SAP.</li> <li>Maintain updated supplier contact lists.</li> <li>Support invoice processing and basic cost tracking.</li> <li>Provide updates on project timelines and outstanding items.</li> </ul> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Facility Projects Support</strong><br /><br /></div> <ul> <li>Assist with documentation and tracking of milestones.</li> <li>Support compliance with company safety and facility standards.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Post-secondary studies in business or a related field.</li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant project management experience in a distribution and warehousing environment is preferred.</li> <li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.</li> <li>Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to all depots and distribution centers (Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan).</li> <li>Completely autonomous and capable of managing his responsibilities independently.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of financial reports.</li> <li>Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Passion for thriving in a constantly evolving environment with changing priorities.</li> <li>Capable of performing basic or minor repairs when necessary.</li> <li>Excellent organizational and coordination skills.</li> <li>Capable of managing multiple sites simultaneously.</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p><em><strong>What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands?</strong><br /></em><br />Wonderbrands is a leading Canadian bakery with 140 years of experience baking packaged breads.
