Overview: <p>Our Kitchener facility is looking for new part-time (contract) team members to work in general production.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Location: 560 Victoria Street North. Kitchener, ON. N2H 5G2</strong></p> <p><strong>Wage:</strong>&nbsp;$19.00/hr.<br /><br /><strong>Shift:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monday &amp; Friday (overnight) &gt;&gt;&nbsp;1pm - 1am OR 3pm - 3am</li> <li>Flexibility for different shift start and end times is required</li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Pick,&nbsp;pack, wrap, sort, and&nbsp;package fresh products&nbsp;into bags and boxes.</li> <li>Work in production/packaging area to make and&nbsp;stack boxes onto pallets and wrap them safely.</li> <li>Inspect filled packages to ensure product is packaged according to specifications.</li> <li>Work in production/packaging area to Wrap and stack bread trays onto pallets and Operate Production Machine as required.</li> <li>Be responsible for equipment set-up and changeovers and running production lines as needed for various food products.</li> <li>Assist Machine operators/Mixers/oven captains and crew with other duties as assigned.</li> <li>Work as flex operator to monitor the Production of different production lines.</li> <li>Cover multiple positions depending on vacation and absenteeism need.</li> <li>May assist&nbsp;sanitation crew in the cleanliness of production equipment and area.</li> <li>Ensure all Food Safety and Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures are followed.</li> </ul>
